MONACO, 17 September 2025 — Bolder Group, a leading provider of corporate and private client services, announced that Tim van Santen will lead the Monaco office. The move, which follows the company’s recent acquisition of Monaco-based Management Corporation, strengthens the organisation’s European presence and expands its service offerings of the Family Wealth & Governance service line.

As part of his new role, van Santen, who joined the company in 2022 as the Head of Corporate and Private Client Solutions, will relocate to Monaco to establish a new strategic hub, focusing on private clients. This relocation underscores Bolder Group’s commitment to providing clients with direct access and localised expertise in key international markets.

From Monaco, Van Santen will spearhead the launch of two new service lines:

• Lifestyle Management Services, which will provide tailored convenience and personal support for private clients;
• International Sports & Entertainment Desk, which will deliver specialised solutions for clients in the sports and entertainment industries.
