Sükrü Evrengün (1960) graduated from the University of Amsterdam with a Masters degree in Fiscal Law in 1985. After graduation, he completed the management trainee program at ABN-AMRO Bank in Amsterdam. In 1988 Sükrü joined the Citco Group, where he worked for eleven years in managerial positions in both the trust and banking operations, in the Netherlands Antilles, Aruba, Netherlands, BVI and Switzerland.
After leaving Citco in 1999, Sükrü established himself as an independent corporate finance consultant in Switzerland and co-founded Bolders’ legal predecessor Circle Partners in 2000. In July 2012, He acquired the majority of the shares of AMS Holdings Ltd., a mid sized trust company, with its main operation in the British Virgin Islands. After merging Bolders’ predecessors Circle Partners and AMS Group, Bolder is now an independent financial services group, active in fund services, fiduciary, management and corporate services, insurance management services and corporate /structured finance services to international corporate and private clients.
Sükrü concluded the Program for Management Development at the Harvard Business School in 1995 and serves as an independent director on the board of various investment funds and international companies.
