Armin Duss is a specialist in consulting Swiss entities that operate internationally in matters such as accounting, taxes, restructuring and business management. He began his career in 1998 in a local trust company in Zug. As part of this firm’s management team, he built the company up to become a leading local trust firm. In 2005, he graduated as a Swiss Certified Fiduciary Expert (dipl. Treuhandexperte). He is also a Swiss Licensed Audit Expert (Zugelassener Revisionsexperte). Armin joined Athos Group in early 2015 and became a partner and managing director of Athos Trustees (Switzerland ) AG in 2017. After Bolder successfully acquired Athos, Armin became Bolder’s Head of Corporate Switzerland.
