Angela joined Bolder in May 2022, as General Manager and Head of Governance in the Cayman Islands. She has a broad experience with funds, corporate governance and the compliance requirements of the Cayman Islands fund industry having worked for a global fund administrator and corporate services provider since 2011. Angela has over 15 years of fund administration and financial services experience, having previously worked for Waystone.
Angela holds a BAcc from the University of Phoenix and a number of industry qualifications including CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) Professional Designation and Int. Adv. Cert (Comp) (ICA Advanced Certificate in Compliance) Professional Designation. She is also a Notary Public in the Cayman Islands and holds the ICSA Accredited Director designation (Acc.Dir) from the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada.
Angela is an executive member of the Cayman Islands Fund Administrators Association (CIFAA), a member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association (CIDA) and 100 Women in Finance (100WF) and is a participant in a number of other industry groups and committees. Angela is resident in the Cayman Islands and is a Cayman Islands Monetary Authority registered director under the Director Registration & Licensing Law.
