Fern Siang Gan is the Head of Funds Bolder Singapore, responsible for the end-to-end fund operations, fund setup and administration of alternative investment funds in different jurisdictions. Before this appointment, she worked as the Head of Funds for the Group’s Hong Kong Office.
Fern Siang holds degrees from Nanyang Technological University and Oxford Brookes University. She is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Chartered Accountant of the Singapore Accountant Commission (ISCA). She has worked at the National University of Singapore and in a leading fund services firm in Singapore prior to her career in Bolder. She started the Hong Kong office and has been leading the operations since then.
Fern Siang has 12 years of accounting experience, specialising in alternative investment fund accounting, and providing strategic solutions and advice on fund setup to various fund structures, such as Hong Kong Limited Partnership Funds (HK LPF), Hong Kong Open-ended Fund Companies (HK OFC), Singapore Variable Capital Company (SG VCC) and other offshore fund structures.
