Nadejda Krastanova is a trust management and estate planning specialist who was the Head of Trust and the managing director of Athos Trustees (Switzerland) AG. She is a qualified lawyer in Bulgaria and has been a member of the Sofia Bar Association since 2002. After graduating from Law School, she worked as a legal counsel for the Bulgarian Securities and Exchange Commission, where she was a corporate lawyer for leading law firms in Sofia, Bulgaria, and Milan, Italy. Nadejda worked for large trust companies in Switzerland for ten years before joining Athos Group in 2016. She specialises in the creation, management and administration of complex international trust structures for high-net and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and institutions. Furthermore, she was Athos Group’s FATCA and CRS specialist. After Bolder successfully acquired Athos, Nadejda became Bolder’s General Manager Switzerland and Head of Private Switzerland.
