Nadeem has over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has been involved in the administration and governance of multinational companies, private equity funds and trusts, bringing a thorough understanding of the regulatory frameworks governing Mauritian and international corporate structures. Nadeem also briefly served as the assistant company secretary for a family-owned conglomerate with business lines in telecommunications, real estate, financial services, food & beverage and tourism.
Nadeem joined Bolder Mauritius (formerly Heimdall) in June 2022 as part of senior management, taking on key roles as Client Success Officer, Deputy MLRO and Compliance Officer. He now serves as the Local Head of Corporate and Executive Director, overseeing corporate administration, governance and onboarding functions.
Nadeem holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Mauritius.
