Bolder Group acquires Molade Trust Management

Amsterdam, the Netherlands (20 December 2022) — The regulatory authorities in the Netherlands have approved Bolder Group’s acquisition of Molade Trust Management, effective 01 December 2022.  

Prior to the acquisition, Molade Trust Management was an independent corporate and services provider based in Amsterdam, specialising in the areas of trust and corporate services. It had been providing financial services to clients outside the Netherlands, including Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland, Luxembourg, India and the British Virgin Islands. The Molade team will be part of Bolder Group’s Amsterdam office.
