Michael Pang is Managing Director and Head of North Asia- Alternative Investments at Bolder Group, responsible for driving growth and strategic expansion across the region.

With over 18 years of experience in financial services, Pang has built a strong track record in leadership, deal origination and commercial strategy across asset management, capital markets and the M&A space. Prior to joining Bolder, he was Director of Funds at a leading global fund services firm and previously held senior leadership positions at Donnelley Financial Solutions (NYSE: DFIN) and Merrill Corporation.

Pang advises global and Chinese general partners, investment managers and family offices on structuring and operating alternative investment funds, delivering end-to-end solutions across hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, private credit and other alternative asset classes.

He is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
