Mark Young is a seasoned business technology and financial services professional with 20+ years of experience across the UK, the British Virgin Islands, and Malta.

Mark began his career with Jordans in London before relocating to the British Virgin Islands, where he joined TMF Group. During his time in the BVI, he specialised in corporate structuring and regulatory compliance across a diverse international client base. He later moved to Equiom Group, where he expanded into private wealth services, overseeing complex structures for high‑net‑worth individuals — including the administration of luxury asset ownership such as yachting and aviation structures — before continuing his career with Bolder.

Today, Mark serves as Head of Business Technology at Bolder Group, with responsibility for delivering the organisation’s global enterprise systems strategy and overseeing the delivery of major technology initiatives across the business. His remit includes digital transformation, automation, data governance, and AI‑driven process optimisation, supporting the Corporate, Family Wealth & Governance and Funds business lines.

Mark is a member of the International Compliance Association (MICA) and has contributed to the Malta Business Review on topics related to compliance and asset ownership.
