Charles is a practising solicitor in Ireland. Prior to joining Bolder Group in 2022, he worked in-house with a major fund administration company in Dublin. He holds a LL.M. degree from the University of Cambridge.

Charles worked in the British Virgin Islands for 28 years, most recently as the managing partner of the BVI office of a leading offshore law firm. He has Belonger status in the BVI.

Charles’ areas of practice are company law and funds.
