Arlene Franco is an operations and finance professional with a broad background spanning fund accounting, compliance, AML/CFT oversight and corporate financial management. Over the course of her career, she has supported organisations through periods of growth, regulatory change and operational restructuring—always with a focus on strengthening processes, enabling teams and ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

Her experience spans multiple environments, including banking, gaming, corporate finance and shared services. She has managed financial reporting cycles, led AML/CFT programs, built risk assessment frameworks and partnered with regulators and internal audit teams to reinforce governance. In the shared services space, Arlene has led fund accounting teams, implemented process improvements, managed capacity and resource planning and driven initiatives to enhance accuracy, efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

In February 2026, Arlene joined Bolder Group as Head of Operations for the Centre of Excellence. In this role, she oversees operational delivery across several service lines, supports global teams through aligned processes and workflow optimisation and helps shape a scalable operating model that meets the needs of Bolder’s international stakeholders.
