Hong Kong, 21 August 2025 – Bolder Group, an international, independent provider of corporate, funds, governance and family wealth services, has received regulatory approval to acquire Lindfield Corporate Services, a Hong Kong-based firm offering company incorporation and corporate secretarial services. This acquisition is effective as of 25 July 2025.   

This strategic move significantly enhances Bolder Group’s presence in the North Asia region by incorporating Lindfield’s offices in Hong Kong and Beijing.  

Over the years, Lindfield has established a strong reputation for providing specialised company formation services to its multinational clients in Hong Kong, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Anguilla and Mauritius. Lindfield’s extensive footprint in these jurisdictions and its comprehensive suite of corporate solutions align well with Bolder Group’s existing offerings.
