Dublin, Ireland — Bolder Group expands its global footprint by increasing its presence in the European Union as it completed the acquisition of Business Services Group (BSG), an Ireland-based trust and corporate support service provider. Prior to the acquisition, BSG was an independent firm providing business support solutions to asset managers, corporations and private clients.

BSG Managing Director Sean Power said he is delighted to be a part of Bolder’s growth. According to him, the acquisition will present opportunities to clients. He added, “Our distinctive approach to supporting corporations and asset managers, combined with the International experience and know-how of Bolder Group means greater choice and opportunity for those corporations and asset managers looking for a compelling alternative to corporate and business support in Ireland.”

Sükrü Evrengün, the CEO of Bolder Group, stated that Ireland is a natural choice for the Group’s international expansion as the country is a key economic and digital hub. The chief executive said, “[The] acquisition of BSG is the start of Bolder’s ambitions to provide a full-fledged service in Ireland as the Group is in the process of obtaining a full fund administration license [to] further advance on its journey to position itself as a global compliance, corporate service provider and fund administrator.”

To ensure seamless and compliant entry to the Irish market as a corporate and fund services provider, Bolder Group hired Charles Kerins, a lawyer with over 25 years of experience in offshore and Irish funds who previously worked with a leading Dublin fund administrator. Kerins is working with Bolder Group to provide in-house legal support to realise Bolder’s plans in Ireland.
