Yuliya Postma has served as the Managing Director of the Bolder Launch office in Breda, in the Netherlands, since 2022, where she leads a multidisciplinary team specialising in accounting, corporate, secretarial and private wealth services.
After obtaining her Master’s Degree in Law from the Law Academy in Odessa, she relocated to the Netherlands in 2006. She gained extensive international experience as a Legal Assistant at a prominent corporate services and trust provider in Rotterdam, while simultaneously pursuing International Tax Law and Company Law modules at Erasmus University.
An experienced Company Lawyer with a demonstrated history in the legal services industry, Yuliya is skilled in Legal Writing, Corporate Governance, Appeals, International Law and Legal Advisory, with more than 20 years of expertise.
In 2018, Yuliya joined a corporate service provider as a Legal Officer. The company was acquired by AMS in 2021 and subsequently became part of Bolder Group in 2022.
