Mantra has powerful core registration and transfer agency functionality for onshore and offshore funds. Mantra can handle private equity administration including multiple closings, capital events and waterfall calculations. It includes class and investor level allocations, partnership allocations and –accounting and it has a full compliance framework with user defined rules engine.
