Business Development Manager the Netherlands

This Business Development position will contribute to the development of the business strategy of our organization and support revenue growth initiatives. Your business development and marketing planning results in successful wins for our clients and add value to the strategic priorities of our company. At this affiliated company of Bolder Group, you will assist foreign entrepreneurs in establishing, managing, and growing their Dutch startups and entities. As primary point of contact for our prospects, you will advise them on the best way forward to kick-start their Dutch startup/entity and convince them to start a business relationship with us. A proactive attitude and a can-do mentality are essential to successfully meet the diverse and constantly changing needs of our global clients.
We are looking for someone who is hands-on, structured and organized, accurate, self-motivated and able to work both independently as well as in a small team.
Key responsibilities
- Researching and analyzing markets and businesses to identify opportunities.
- Tracking and updating our sales funnel.
- Creating the annual new client plan and revenue objectives.
- Developing new client relationships.
- Working closely together with colleagues to develop and increase customer experience.
Candidate profile
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- You hold a Bachelor degree in a business, law or commercial related field.
- You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant commercial experience.
- You have affinity with corporate law, fiscal law or international law.
- You have proven experience with strategic business planning.
- You are fluent in English and have excellent written and verbal communication skills, speaking and understanding Dutch is considered an advantage.
- Available for at least 32 hours per week.
- You are pro-active and well structured.
- You are hands-on and have a can-do mentality.
- You have a commercial mindset and are result-oriented.
